Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Register your return via klantenservice@formeflora.com; you then have another 14 days to send the product back in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or was delivered incorrectly. Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Artificial flowers need no water or light. Dust them lightly every two to four weeks with a soft feather duster or brush, or with a hairdryer on the cold setting. Wipe large leaves with a slightly damp microfibre cloth. Do not submerge them in water and do not use hot air or harsh cleaning products.
