Returns

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt for products from our standard collection. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days at klantenservice@formeflora.com.

After notifying us of your return, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to: Forme Flora BV, Bosweg 2, 8196 KR Welsum, The Netherlands.

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated or if the product delivered is incorrect or damaged.

Products should be returned with care and in their original condition, insofar as reasonably possible.

Custom-made products – Products created specifically to your personal specifications are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. This will always be clearly stated on the product page, during the ordering process or in the quotation.

Damaged or incorrect products – Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible at klantenservice@formeflora.com, preferably including photos of the product and its packaging.
